6 Second Abs

This is my main way of training, i don't mention it much in my videos apart from the ones about 6 Second Abs ( Which can be found on another page called 6 Second Abs)

I use it for 20 minutes a day and it  is pretty good. 1 Crunchie on it is like 5 real life crunchies!

It is called '6' because it clicks 6 times to tell you that you have completed a crunchie on it! It has different resistance levels which you can change. 

I found it very good and easy to use and so would recommend it to any of my viewers!
